About US

It all started in 2004 when I purchased 2 breast cancer awareness
bracelets as a birthday present for my friend Wendy, and one for myself.

Wendy had just completed walking 60 kms during “The Weekend to
End Breast Cancer”. That year I was a volunteer. After I saw how
many young women had this dreadful decease I decided to
participate in other ways and start fundraising, so I registered for
the WEBC 2005.

I had to find ways to raise as much money as I could. One day I was
looking at my pink bracelet and realized that I could make them myself. So I
researched jewelry making and took some classes, and the first year
I sold 52 bracelets. I got hooked and the rest is history.

We are now in 2008 and I am still making jewelry . I
am now making necklaces, earrings and bracelets.

I still enjoy my craft and now participating in shows. I am
a member of the TORONTO BEAD SOCIETY which gives me
the opportunity to meet with experts in jewelry making, like Marilyn Gardiner,
a well renowned jewelry designer from Waterloo, Ontario whose work inspires
me to create new and exciting designs.

nette is my cousin and I introduced her to beading a year ago. She also has a
passion for making beautiful pieces of jewelry
